Account request guideIf you belong to multiple accounts, open Working in and select the relevant account. Check its name and your role before managing namespaces, records, requests or purchases.
Your role, assigned namespaces, service access and account capacity determine the actions available. Review any account notice and continue through the relevant tool.
Team permissions guideYour personal login and the account you are working in are distinct. Switching accounts changes the workspace and its permitted actions; it does not change your personal identity or give access to unrelated accounts.
The menu brings together daily scholarly work, account administration and personal settings. Each tool below explains its purpose and points to the relevant detailed guidance.
Your role defines your responsibilities; namespace assignments and service access determine where and how you can carry them out.

A permission does not itself activate a service or provide a SEIPID balance. Issuance, reports and purchased Idraak Plus analysis also depend on the applicable service and purchased scope. Review Service Fees & Renewals.
