ALIF Pre-Index is the minimum compliance gateway that evaluates a journal's digital presence, transparency, and professional integrity. It is not indexing, but the eligibility stage for SEIPID services and the foundation for applying to higher ALIF tiers (L1–L3).
All journals — new or existing — must pass this stage to enter the SEIPID ecosystem.

ALIF Index L1 is the first indexing tier for journals that have moved beyond minimum compliance. It recognizes journals with consistent publication activity, transparent editorial processes, and basic scholarly rigor.
L1 journals gain basic indexing visibility and become eligible to apply for higher tiers (L2, L3).

ALIF Index L2 is the established quality tier for journals that have demonstrated consistent publication history, robust editorial rigor, and growing citation impact.
L2 journals gain enhanced visibility, advanced citation analytics, and become eligible to apply for the top tier (L3) . This stage aligns with XRC indexing standards while maintaining transparency and mentorship.
