ALIF Index is a next-generation, integrity-led journal evaluation, classification, and citation database system. Unlike traditional indexing services that operate on an "in or out" model, ALIF Index provides a progressive pathway for journals: starting with Pre-Index (minimum compliance gateway), then advancing through L1 (Emerging), L2 (Established), and L3 (Excellence) tiers — each with separate evaluation criteria.
All evaluations are completely free, with detailed feedback and mentorship at every stage. Journals that achieve at least Pre-Index status become eligible for SEIPID persistent identifiers (available through affordable plans).

User Registration & Approval
Before accessing any SEIPID services, every applicant is required to complete a structured registration and verification process.
SEIPID Portal Access
Upon approval, users are granted access to the SEIPID Portal.
Submit Journal
Register and provide journal metadata for evaluation.
Get Evaluated
We assess against Pre-Index or L1 criteria and provide feedback.
Receive Status
Approved as Pre-Index or L1 — eligible for SEIPID.
